Morgan Dondlinger, Owner
Morgan has a strong passion for dogs and their training. Professionally she has been caring for and training dogs since 2015, starting her career at Leashes and Leads, and then opening a business in a partnership. In 2021 she decided to start her own business, The Modern K9.

Maddie - Trainer & Groomer
Maddie joined our team in Fall of 2022 to assist and eventually teach classes. We had the opportunity to offer Maddie a full time position spring of 2023 to help with daycare, training, as well as add on her own segment of the business; grooming!

Ren, Groomer & Daycare Attendant
Hello! My name is Ren and I am an alumni from Rio dog grooming school & salon! I currently don’t own any dogs, so I enjoy living vicariously through client dogs, and will always treat them with care so they can look/feel their best! By May 2024, I will have entered my first official year of dog grooming, and am always looking for more opportunities to learn and grow in as many aspects as I can. As of right now, I own 5 cats, but my main focus is Binx, my five year old flame point Siamese. He typically enjoys games of fetch and snuggling up in my arms, as well as trying to jump into our fridge to steal meat and peppers.
